Responsibilities:

• Hair Styling and Grooming: Provide high-quality haircuts, styling, and grooming services tailored to each client's preferences. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in hairstyling.
• Consultation: Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and style goals. Offer professional advice and recommendations.
• Customer Service: Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for clients, ensuring they have a memorable and enjoyable experience from the moment they walk in until they leave.
• Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the products we offer and make recommendations to clients based on their needs and preferences.
• Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following proper sanitation and hygiene protocols.
• Continuous Learning: Keep on top of industry trends and techniques through our awesome ongoing training and education.

Qualifications:

• Commitment to Company Culture: Alignment with Scissors & Scotch's values of craftsmanship, camaraderie, and customer experience.
• Licensed Hair Stylist or Barber: Must possess a valid state cosmetology or barber license.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional hairstyling experience.
• Customer Service Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a strong customer-centric focus.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to a positive team atmosphere.
• Creativity: A passion for hairstyling and a creative mindset to provide unique and tailored services.
• Professionalism: Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
• Adaptability: Ability to adapt to different client needs and preferences.
• Product Knowledge: Familiarity with grooming and haircare products.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work evenings and weekends as required.
