What you’ll be doing
As a Customer Experience Coordinator, you’re the air traffic control of the shop. You direct the flow of every client from the moment they arrive to the time they leave. You’re also the face of the business-responsible for welcoming clients, setting the tone, and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Alongside our grooming team, you help strengthen client relationships by making every visit personal, easy, and memorable. You’ll also introduce clients to the value of our services and guide them into our membership program.
Day to day, you’ll:
- Greet every client with warmth and professionalism.
- Manage appointments: create, edit, reschedule, and keep the schedule on track.
- Notify barbers and stylists when clients arrive and keep the day running efficiently.
- Answer phones, emails, and client questions promptly and courteously.
- Assist with membership questions, promotions, and new sign-ups.
- Take notes in client profiles to personalize future visits.
- Check clients out for services, memberships, and product purchases.
- Serve drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) as part of the hospitality experience.
- Keep reception and lounge areas clean, tidy, and welcoming.
- Step in to resolve issues quickly and keep the flow stress-free.

- Positive and steady under pressure.
- Hospitality, reception, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
