We’re looking for a Client Sales & Lounge Manager to lead the charge in driving membership conversions, boosting bar sales, and coaching the front-of-house team to hit key performance metrics.

This is a sales-first, service-always role.

What You’ll Own:

• Lead front desk and lounge operations with a focus on revenue growth
• Drive membership sales through daily conversion tracking and targeted conversations
• Increase liquor sales by training and motivating the team to upsell
• Coach and manage the client services team, ensuring performance goals are met
• Deliver an unmatched client experience that keeps guests coming back
• Monitor KPIs, report on performance, and make recommendations to improve results
